"That may be," Tethys says, in that reflexively portentous Jedi way that could be either impressive or mildly annoying. "First, though, Clan Kryze." She checks the angle of the sun and lets a small sigh escape her. "The memorial for the Resistance dead will be starting soon."

((I'm thinking we might wind this down before I'm in serious danger of forgetting what I did/didn't know on D2? ))

"Planning on attending that then?" Chase said, taking a step toward the opposite direction with her thumbs hooked once again in her belt. "I'm thinking I might hang around here a bit longer... perhaps I'll catch you around some time, huh?" she looked back over her shoulder toward Tethys.

"It seems the thing to do," Tethys confirms. "I didn't know them, but I do mourn their deaths."

She bows her head briefly to Chase as they part ways, smiling slightly. "Until next time, Lieutenant."

[Chase]

Chase gave a half, casual salute, "See ya, Master Jedi."

Sliding her right hand into her pocket she made her way off in the opposite direction from the funeral. Intent to walking the full way around the town until she'd come back toward the funeral from the other side.
