He could do that for a limited event he is in, but not an unlimited one. Though I feel this will become an arms race of always having someone with Stim Application but tentatively I will allow it for limited non-combat events.

This is one of those abilities that works much better with a small dedicated team not a large scale game like this.

From a quasi-mechanics point of view, Cole simply doesn’t have adequate supplies to do it for more than 4-6 people. His Medpac isn’t bottomless :lol:

If it still gets out of hand from there, a ruling that it consumes a stimpack each time would slow things right down.

So on the restrictions, I'm having a bit of a hard time understanding them.

It sounds to be that neutral characters can't go around unattended day six, and can't leave their ships at all in the night time slots.

Is that the case?

They can go around anywhere just fine but the hangar they are limited to their ships in the night slots but only at the hangar if thy don;t have a ship they can hang out elsewhere in the base the hangars have the ships and spitfires so they are just worried about that.

The rest is just RP, basically just more checkpoints and ID checks.

You just need a Republic character with you (and it can’t be at night).

Only during the day, and you won't be there alone an NPC guard or player will be nearby for security purposes. You can assume the Unaligned Hangar does not have the fancy gizmos for the boost.

For the Vusa event, think narratively with the Triumphs or Despair or advantage or threat, they don't mechanically do much because this is mostly a fun event to relax. Don't have to overthink much, the successes are the only thing that really mean anything.

When in doubt with Advantage or Threat, or Despair or Triumph in events, if it is not listed then they are not available. Some events may be about the narrative fun than mechanics. Have fun with your descriptions.

Oh I just thought - is the reasoning behind why everyone neutral is kicked off the base known publicly?

How do we determine how many range bands we catch up in the Dance in Desert event?

Comparative successes?
Republic * Human * Pilot * Force Sensitive * Adrenaline Junkie
Languages: Basic (Speaks and understands), Binary (Understands only)
Standard Gear: Republic Uniform (Padded Armour), DR-45 Dragoon, Comlink, Bike Keys, Backpack, green crystal necklace, Aznuri Necklace

Basically yes, they will roll and then the chasers roll, if they get more successes they gain a range band. You want the most successes.
