Ashla looks for a higher up to talk to, using the Jedi name for all it's worth.

A push broom mustache attached to a besalisk greeted Ashla, “Morning, master Jedi, what can I do for you?”

He accented the words with a sip of kaff.

"I have some sensitive material, both a possible concern and a boon. I need to talk to someone in the command or possibly some in SIS." Ashla's tone leaves the question to whether he is the one she can talk to or connect him with the correct person.

"Master Jedi, I am Chief Po'xin, ain't much higher than me than Jace... and well officers but I got authority," he grumbled taking another sip.

"Ah. My apologies." Ashla gives a small bow in apology.

"Well, I should start with concern. Last night, I went to a black market dealer. His name was Jo, and he looks suspiciously like a slave trader named Jo from Nar Shadaa. I believe he's the same man, but can't say 100% sure. His little sale isn't anything to worry about, but we should keep an eye on him to make sure he's not using the war as cover to take slaves."

“I never much liked slavers, we will make sure he isn’t doing business here on Bankor,” he replied.

Ashla wasn't sure if he meant taking slaves or at all. She hoped she wasn't wrong. She really liked her goat. She named him Kidaja. Cole was going to love it.

But Ashla nods. "Good. I'm not a fan of slavers either. I ope it's not the same man. He had some interesting wares."

Ashla shakes her head. "Well, I have some good news. There were some injured Mandos trying to escape. Respecting life is important to the Jedi Order, so we saved their lives. I even helped fix their ship. I managed to rig up a little gift for the Mandos."

Ashla hands over a datapad which is currently live streaming the interior of their ship. "I mean after all, a doctor needs to keep an eye on her patients." Ashla gives a devilish smile.

"Clever," he looked at it.

"I will make sure the Commander sees this, master Jedi," he said in reply.

Ashla nods. "Anything to help bring peace to Bankor. That is all I have. Unless you need something of me, I won't take up anymore of your time."

“If that is all you have, then good work. We need more people trying to bring a little peace around here. Gonna go a long ways to making things better, after we break all the Mando’s toys,” he replied gruffly.

"Thank you Chief." Ashla meant it. It still felt nice to get positive reinforcement from authority figures. Even if she knew intellectually, she shouldn't be. "I don't think we have to worry about that. Most people here seem to want to bring peace to Bankor. It's more a question of how fast we can get the Mandos off before they cause too much damage."

"We just have to take what we can get, and today, you made a difference, good on you kid," he responded.

Ashla started wanting to bask in the positive attention, but realized that being called kid wasn't exactly what the Order wanted for her.

She tries to adopt the traditional Jedi mystique. "Of course, Chief. I can only hope to bring this conflict to an end as soon as possible. I thank you for your time. I will let you get back to your duties. Goodbye Chief Po'xin." Unless stopped, Ashla leaves after he lets her.
