The resistance encampment is one part military base and another part refugee camp of survivors fleeing the front lines for safety. It is a bit chaotic but everything seems to work. The Bankor Resistance is poorly equipped often with refurbished equipment and whatever the locals could scrounge up or cobble together but the ingenuity keeps their enemy off balance in short exchanges.

The Republic is welcome there but people are wary of the intent of the offwolders.
