Basic Character Creation

Create your character as a starting character out of Force and Destiny, Edge of the Empire, or Age of Rebellion; ignore Obligation, we are using only Duty from Age of the Empire. Morality will be used only for Force Users, but you can only use the options for bonus XP or equipment using Duty. If you have a ship please name the ship and who can access your ship if you have a crew of player characters.

Duty starts at 20.

Once you have created a basic starting character you may then add 130 XP, this can be spent to increase skills above 3 but not on attributes. At this point the XP must be used as a normal character advancing with XP.

Please keep track points spent this way and list on your sheet where points are spent. In addition all new characters gain a Background. Reprising characters do not gain any additional XP other than what they earned last game but can spend Duty to gain extra money or a ship.

Characters: Returning characters are free to reprise and new characters will be built on the standard point total and then add 130 experience points. All characters will start with 20 Duty. Players can subtract 5 Duty to start with a ship. New players will also receive one of the following: 4000 extra credits or 1000 extra Credits and 2 Signature items like a Lightsaber or Special Armor. Only one of the signature items can be a weapon, two lightsabers or a double bladed lightsaber counts as two signature items.
